In this training, you’ll gain specialised skills to facilitate dispute resolution involving property and financial matters in a family law setting. You’ll also participate in interactive discussions and case scenarios where you can put your knowledge into practice.
Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) holds specialised expertise in the field of family dispute resolution (FDR) for property and financial matters. We have more than 40 years of experience supporting families through mediation and FDR, and 25 years of experience delivering professional training in this area.

Please note: This session assumes a level of knowledge and experience and is not suitable for practitioners with little to no experience of property FDR.
About the presenter
Clare Moran is the Senior Advisor Family Law at Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV). As both an accredited FDR practitioner and a practicing lawyer, Clare brings a comprehensive legal and dispute resolution perspective to her training. She specialises in complex areas including alternative dispute resolution, family law (covering parenting and property matters), child protection, and family violence matters. Clare uses her deep expertise to provide advanced insights for practitioners in the family law field.
