Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) Training Workshops Cancellation Statement

For all cancellations by registered workshop participants:
1. RAV’s Training team must be notified in writing via email to ravtraining@rav.org.au

2. where the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the workshop, participants can choose to:
a. transfer their registration to another scheduled RAV training workshop up to the value of the original workshop
OR
b. receive a full refund.

3. where the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the workshop, no refund will be issued.

In these instances, participants can choose to:
a. 7-14 days prior to the workshop, transfer their registration to another scheduled RAV training workshop up to the value of the original workshop
OR
b. less than 7 days prior to the workshop, nominate a substitute delegate to attend in the registered participant’s place based on the fee already paid (student or full price).

4. Where participants do not attend a workshop and do not provide prior notice of their non-attendance to RAV, no refund will be issued and options 3a and 3b above do not apply. In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled by RAV, all delegates can choose to transfer to another equivalent workshop or receive a full refund.
