About the presenter
Lilia Szarski is a distinguished psychologist whose career spans nearly 30 years as a family report writer for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Her deep expertise encompasses family and child dispute resolution, court-ordered counselling, and child-inclusive practice. Lilia's leadership acumen saw her provide clinical supervision to a team of trained mediators and psychologists, where she was also responsible for quality assurance and performance oversight. Her comprehensive knowledge and authoritative standing frequently led her to appear as an expert witness in numerous family law cases. Lilia maintains strong ties to her field as an active member of the Australian Psychological Society and several international psychological and family court associations.
