Mediation and conflict management is rich and complex work. Bringing a reflective practice orientation to mediating helps us to understand our work and ourselves in new ways. It offers tools to be purposeful about continuous learning; and builds sustainability in practice through processing practitioner experience. In this webinar, our highly experienced facilitator will introduce a reflective practice framework and discuss practical strategies to foster resilience.
During this webinar, you’ll:
Adrien March is a Program Facilitator in RAV’s FDR and mediation training team. She has been working in the Dispute Resolution Sector for 15 years as an FDRP, Nationally Accredited Mediator, trainer, supervisor, presenter and researcher. Adrien’s specialisations include working with rainbow families and high-conflict disputes. She has tertiary qualifications in Psychology and Management; and values working with clients and students to promote empowerment in decision-making and learning.
