Mediation and conflict management is rich and complex work. Bringing a reflective practice orientation to mediating helps us to understand our work and ourselves in new ways. It offers tools to be purposeful about continuous learning; and builds sustainability in practice through processing practitioner experience. In this webinar, our highly experienced facilitator will introduce a reflective practice framework and discuss practical strategies to foster resilience.

About the presenter

Adrien March is a program facilitator in Relationships Australia Victoria’s family dispute resolution (FDR) and mediation training team. She has been working in the dispute resolution sector for 15 years as an FDR practitioner, nationally accredited mediator, trainer, supervisor, presenter and researcher. Adrien’s specialisations include working with rainbow families and high-conflict disputes. She has tertiary qualifications in psychology and management, and values working with clients and students to promote empowerment in decision-making and learning.

Registrations close 48 hours before the webinar start time.

If paying by invoice, proof of payment needs to be provided at least 24 hours ahead of the event.

In addition to the live event link, all registrants will receive a link to the webinar recording post-event.

When you click to book, you will be taken to our payment gateway. Once you complete your registration you will receive an email detailing how to access your learning event in our Moodle Learning Management System.
