It is important that parents are supported to establish and maintain a new kind of relationship after separation, shifting from ex-partners to co-parents. In this webinar we will discuss the impacts of separation on parents and children, and explore strategies that support parents to make that necessary shift.

Learning outcomes

This webinar will support you to develop:

  • Working knowledge of the separation process and the impact on families and children
  • Skills and strategies to support parents to better manage their separation and support their children
  • The ability to identify behaviours in children resulting from separation and strategies to manage these
  • The ability to identify when families need more support.
